Mention 5 difference beetwen experessing gratitude and congratulating! PLEASE ANSWER

there's some a difference about them
if we talk about the gratitude ,
① them probably , about someone say thankfull , because he/she has help someone ② we can say in unpolite way
③ we say to appreciate someone who has do something to us
④ we can't do that for someone who have got some achievements
⑤ it's sometimes use simple present and past perfect tense

and if we talk about congratulating
① it's probably , we say "congratulations" who someone got achievements. not a thankful
②we must say in polite way
③we say appreciate someone because he got achievements by itself
④we can say that for someone who has achievements
⑤ it's just use simple present
