yes,jakarta can solve this traffic problem with building more highway and stop the increasing of making the new vehicles that can stop traffic and escalade commons vehicles -

I am not sure that Jakarta will find to solve its problem due to lots of reasons, such as lots of cheap motorcylces and cars nowdays.
